Terms of sale

Prices are in euro and include VAT where due. Shipping costs, where they apply, are shown before you confirm the order.

The price charged is the one shown at the time of the order. Every item price is set by our system and cannot be altered from the browser.

The order is concluded when we receive confirmation of payment. We then send a confirmation email with the summary.

We reserve the right to decline orders with a manifestly wrong price or quantity, refunding you in full.

Kits are made to order: after payment we collect your texts (names, date, place) and send you a proof to approve.

Printing starts only after you approve the proof in writing. Errors in text you approved do not give a right to free replacement.

For standard products, consumers have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason, under articles 52 ff. of the Italian Consumer Code.

Withdrawal does not apply to personalised products. Article 59(1)(c) of the Consumer Code excludes goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised — which is what a kit carrying your names and your date is. This is why we ask for explicit approval of the proof before printing.

To withdraw, where it applies, write to info@weditaly.it within the period.

We ship across Europe and North America with a tracked carrier. Stated times run from proof approval, not from the order.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer on physical delivery of the goods.

Consumers have the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity. For a defective product we repair or replace at no cost.

Small colour differences from what you saw on screen are not a conformity defect: printing on cotton paper has its own colour behaviour.

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. Banks usually take three to ten working days to credit them.

Governing law: Italian. Consumers keep the jurisdiction of their residence or domicile.
